Lee Young-pyo Soccer Clinic and Mentorship Event
Event List
Weekly Sunday English Lessons at Sangrok Orphanage
Organized and led weekly Sunday visits to Sangrok Orphanage for approximately 208 Sundays. Activities included English reading, conversation practice, games, and activity-based lessons designed to build long-term trust with the children.
Lee Young-pyo Soccer Clinic and Mentorship Event
Arranged a special soccer clinic with Lee Young-pyo, allowing the children to learn directly from a former national-team soccer player. The children received soccer instruction, encouragement, autographs, and photos, making the event a rare confidence-building experience they could proudly share with friends at school.
Foreign Volunteer Exchange Visits
Brought in international volunteers from countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and others. These visits helped the children become more comfortable interacting with foreigners and hearing different accents.
Bed Project
Organized the replacement of approximately 80 beds, with a total value around 40M KRW. This was one of ISESG’s strongest impact projects because it directly improved the children’s daily comfort, sleep, and living conditions.
YISS Student Baking Donation Event
Organized YISS student baking donations for the orphanage, valued around 40,000–50,000 KRW. This brought the school community into ISESG’s service work through a smaller but meaningful donation event.
AI Education Program Planning with KGAF AI
Began planning AI education programs in collaboration with KGAF AI. The goal was to provide the children with access to modern digital skills and future-oriented learning opportunities.

International Bazaar / Multicultural Festival
Organized a multicultural festival with country booths, global food, language activities, and cultural presentations. The event exposed the children to different cultures through international students, foreign volunteers, exchange students, and university volunteers.
STEM Education Collaboration Event
Coordinated STEM Club volunteers to lead beginner-friendly science and technology activities at the orphanage. Activities included simple robotics, hands-on science experiments, and introductory technology lessons.
Netherlands High School Volunteer Program
Coordinated a volunteer program where Netherland high school students served at the orphanage for about two weeks, approximately five hours per day. The students also donated around 2M KRW, making it both a service and donation-based international exchange event.
Coldplay Orphanage Visit and Concert Ticket Donation
Coordinated support connected to Coldplay staff and managers, who visited the orphanage, participated in cleaning and play activities, and donated concert tickets. The donation was valued around 30M KRW and gave the children access to a major cultural experience.
YISS Orchestra Performance / Music Service Event
Connected YISS orchestra-related service to ISESG by bringing music and performance into the orphanage setting. This added an arts-based service component beyond academic tutoring and fundraising.
Language-Exchange / Summer School Planning
Planned language-exchange and summer school opportunities connected to the United States. The goal was to create a more structured pathway for English learning and global exposure.
SNU SHANUM Collaboration Event
Collaborated with Seoul National University’s foreign volunteer club SHANUM for cultural exchange and volunteer activities. This expanded ISESG beyond a high school volunteer group and connected the orphanage children with university-level international volunteers.
Robotics Building Activity
Organized simple robotics-building sessions for the children. The activity introduced basic engineering, problem-solving, and hands-on STEM learning in an accessible way.
Lotte World Sponsorship Event
Secured Lotte World tickets and food support for the children through Lotte sponsorship. This provided the children with a large-scale recreational experience outside the orphanage.
Coldplay Standing Front Row Concert Experience
Helped arrange standing front-row tickets for around 15 children at the Coldplay concert. This gave the children a rare and memorable cultural opportunity that went far beyond a typical volunteer event.
TRIM Certification Service Connection
Connected orchestra/TRIM-related service with ISESG activities. This made music service more formal, trackable, and connected to direct community impact.
International Donations from Foreign Volunteers
Secured approximately USD 6,000 in international donations from foreign volunteers. This demonstrated that ISESG had grown into a global support network rather than only a local student service club.

Created and distributed educational E-books to support learning outside of in-person lessons. Topics included basic physics, biology, health, economics, cooking, American culture, global citizenship, and career exploration.
Lotte Cinema Private Theater Event
Secured a private theater rental through Lotte Cinema, valued around 5M KRW. The event gave the children a special movie experience in a private and comfortable setting.
U.S. Military Appliance and Supply Donation
Coordinated appliance and supply donations from U.S. military volunteers during relocation. These donations helped meet practical household needs at the orphanage.

Started a postcard-making and sales campaign to raise funds for the ISESG scholarship fund. The project connected art, student outreach, and fundraising to long-term support for the children.

Electronics, Food, and Fire Safety Donation Project
Secured sponsorship support for electronics replacement, food supplies, and fire safety upgrades, valued around 30M KRW. This project improved the orphanage’s practical living environment, not just its entertainment opportunities.
Jack Jack Burger Food Sponsorship
Secured a local food sponsorship from Jack Jack Burger through Instagram outreach, valued around 200,000–250,000 KRW. This showed that ISESG built support from both major corporations and smaller local businesses.
ISESG Scholarship Fund Launch
Established a scholarship fund after receiving a 10M KRW legacy donation from a deceased foreign volunteer. This shifted ISESG from short-term activities toward long-term independence support for children after they leave the orphanage.
Christmas Gift Program
Organized yearly Christmas gift events with customized presents and handwritten letters for the children. Managed gift preparation, collection, delivery, and volunteer coordination to make the event personal and meaningful.
Hands-On Science Experiment Lessons
Planned experiment-based science lessons to make STEM more interactive and less intimidating. Children learned through observation, trial and error, and direct participation rather than lecture-style teaching.
Additional Lotte World Outing
Secured an additional round of Lotte World tickets valued around 4M KRW. This showed that the partnership was repeated and sustained rather than a one-time donation.
U.S. Military Base Christmas Gift Support
Connected U.S. military volunteers with the orphanage to provide Christmas gifts from the base. This expanded ISESG’s support network beyond school, local businesses, and Korean organizations.
World Champion B-Boy Team Performance
